On boats and at camps, crew instructions on weather, lifejackets, fire, and alcohol are not optional. Experiences can be cancelled if conditions are unsafe.
Do not publish other guests’ faces, children, or private details without consent. Ask before tagging people.
Digital clients get clear communication and agreed scope. Crew do not owe 24-hour replies while underway or driving.
We may refuse or end service if someone is a danger to themselves, the vessel, or others.
We may end an experience without a full refund if this code is broken in a serious way. Illegal activity will be reported.
