These terms apply when you book or buy a service: boat experiences, campervan meetups, meals, beauty and hair, photography, marketing or web work, downloads sold as a service, and advertising space.
Digital work starts when you accept a quote and any deposit. Extra pages or revisions outside scope are billed separately.
A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and payment terms are met. We may change start time or cancel for weather, mechanical issues, or legal limits. We will not take a boat out if we judge it unsafe.
Give allergy and mobility information. Arrive on time. Follow crew rules. Bring valid ID if we ask. You look after your own children.
We sell limited space on the website, blog, newsletters, and social channels. Creative must be legal, accurate, and suitable next to a travel and family-facing audience. We may reject ads that clash with that.
Personal-use licence as in the Intellectual Property Policy unless you buy more.
Invoices are due as stated. Late digital projects may pause. Chargebacks without contact may cancel remaining work.
Either side may end an ongoing retainer on the notice in the quote. Work already delivered remains payable.
